She originally bought this framed photograph at a benefit in NYC for Haiti after the 2010 earthquake. As noted on the back, this is an original limited edition piece by a New York independent artist, Brian (Bryan) Close dba The Light Dynamic. The black and white photo features a brick wall with a window and an air conditioning unit, and a whimsically graffitied white heart. Signed by the artist. There is a texture to the photo which might be UV inhibiting acrylic glaze, and it appears to be hand-brushed with that final layer. The frame is black and has a texture sort of like leather. There is a built-in wire hanger on the back. The back also features the name of the piece, print edition, year, and artist's business name (The Light Dynamic).

The date of this writing being August 6th, 2007, only a mere 4 days away from what I guess one might call an anniversary, I can only really just sit back and and let the memories flow. This will be my eleventh year of riding bicycles competitively. My bicycle has has brought me so many great travel experiences, and more importantly, a shit-load of great friends. With my strong knack for the computer and my general tech-ish-ness, on top of my experience and love for the bicycle, I hope that my steadily blossoming business endeavor as a action sports photographer will continue to grow.

August 19, 2008, Linda managed Bryan directly

Bryan was very organized, took charge of department and worked independently without an assistant for longer than expected. He was able to make sound decisions in order to move projects along quickly. Bryan was admired by other departments for his extreme professionalism.

August 6, 2007, Bryan worked with Ditte in different groups

As the Credential Department Coordinator I was required to work with every department at the Sundance Film Festival. The festival requires about 200 staff members, and it brings on anywhere from 1,000 to 1,200 volunteers. Out of all of these great people I would put Ditte up there as one of the top people I just loved being around. I must say that she brought a good genuine smile into the office each day; the kind that is contagious. The Volunteer Department can be nasty place at the beginning of the festival, but even through this tough time Ditte shines. In working with her I have found that she is truly a hardworking individual, and I have only heard great things from the other staff members within her department.
